1967th Contracting Team back on U.S. soil after Horn of Africa deployment
In the parlance of their trade, the Wisconsin Army National Guard’s 1967th Contingency Contracting Team (CCT) is delivering the goods.
CAMP DOUGLAS, Wis. — Family, friends and service members gathered at Volk Field, Wisconsin Wednesday to say their goodbyes to five soldiers with the 1967th Army National Guard Contingency Contracting Team. The Soldiers are deploying to U.S. Africa Command in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel-Horn of Africa.
The Wisconsin Army National Guard’s 1967th Contingency Contracting Team is slated to deploy to the Horn of Africa this winter, where it will provide contracting support services to U.S. forces in the region.
